For US customers: Service available on Cingular (including AT&T), Verizon, T-Mobile, Nextel and Boost. Messages cost $1.99 for all carriers except T-Mobile where messages cost $0.99. You must be the bill payer or have the bill payer's permission. This is NOT a subscription service. For every message received you will receive one message back. Texts to LIVE 85588 cost £3. Each message will receive 2 X £1.50 messages back. A photo message will be charged at £4.50. You must be over 18 to use our service. Service is live 24 hours a day and each message will be answered. Get bill payers permission. From time to time we may send you a FREE text message with a special offer or station announcement. This is NOT a subscription service. By using our service you agree to allow us to do this. Free texts will only be sent between 9am and 10pm. If at anytime you do not wish to receive these free messages please email: support@yourdestiny.tv with your mobile number and we will stop immediately.

Texting in to the TV show does not guarantee an answer on screen, however we guarantee that each text and photo text will be answered directly to your mobile phone.

UK Calls

Calls costs £1.50 per minute. Calls from non BT landlines may cost more. You must be over 18. Live service 24 hours a day. Get Bill payers Permission. Your calls are recorded. You can request a copy of your reading on CD by asking the psychic to press option *3 at the end of your call. Maximum lengths of calls are 20 minutes

Your Destiny Television Show

Your Destiny TV is for entertainment only. We do not deal with matters relating to Health or Law on television. The show is designed to give a better understanding of the psychic world. Viewers are invited to contact the show via phone or text. All calls contribute to the show. Calls and texts are used to ascertain the Hot Tops of the day and to drive future shows. If a large amount of viewers are texting in about love then more time will be dedecated to this topic. Our team of on screen and off screen psychics rotate on a daily basis. Our show is aimed at 18 years and over and the staff, directors and producers of the show take great care to insure that callers are over 18. The producers of the show also take great care to insure that topics are kept upbeat and positive. Special attention is taken on content selection at times which we deem that children may be watching. At no times does your Destiny TV broadcast any subject which may appear negative or exploitive of a viewers current predicament. The show is funded by the interactions from viewers that chose to text or call a premium rate number. Call charges are clearly displayed at all times. Call charges are again given out at the start of all telephone calls.

Viewers that have any questions or concerns abut any of our content are asked to contact use with the date and time of the show. We will conduct our own internal complaints procedure. Should we not be able to resolve the matter then our regulator in the UK Ofcom may be consulted. www.ofcom.org.uk

Texts cost £1.50 to receive and they will only ever be sent in direct response to your messages. You must be the bill payer or have the bill payer's permission. To send and view photo messages you need an MMS/WAP-enabled mobile phone and you will receive an extra text message if you send or ask for a picture. We may send you free promotional messages when new members join the service but you can send STOP to prevent this.
